I wonder why you subject yourself to this on a daily basis.
Sure, fly fishing message boards provide easy pickings, but it hasn't escaped my notice that you'd have to actually read this stuff before posting it, an act akin to putting your own eyes out with a dinner fork and then cleansing the wounds with kosher salt....
a coupla reasons:
1. i am a fast reader. very, very fast.
2. BLAZING wireless connection allows me to "post n' poop"
3. i enjoy glimpsing into the bottomless pits of self-abuse, narcissism, mental instability and manic stupidity that go into the fetid mixtures we now call the fly fishing BB.

You're not just glimpsing, you're actively participating in it and dragging all of us in for a whiff, whether we want to or not. There's gotta be something else fly fishing related that doesn't have anything to do with your fascination of gawking at what amounts to a hotwheels 2 car wreck that you can write about... there's just gotta be. Never mind me, I still clickety all yr goddam links... keep doin' what you do. Sometime's it's gold, a lot of times it's crappy conversations on boards I never visit.
