I just bought my first Meat Puppets album thanks to AHW. Fuck, yes, i'm a noob when it comes to a veritable cornucopia of music knowledge. But I know what I like, and the song 'Two Rivers' off the 'Up On the Sun' album touches my inner core of satisfaction in ways that few other songs I DO know do. The whole record is worthwhile to me, and I can't say that about a lot of records.
I'm kinda partial to meat puppets II and huevos...I've got a shirt that cost a dollar twenty five I know I'm the best dressed man alive. I put it on and head down to the local dive...

I just picked up "Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots." Though it is a thinky veiled paradigm for lesbian extentialism visa vi martial arts and electical engineering I found the album to be upbeat and heartening.
